Charles was born between 1902 and 1911 in Blackburn Lancashire England. The 4 female family members minus father emigrated to the States between 1922 and 1924. As I can not find referrence to him in the UK I am assuming he also crossed the pond. There are various options so here is hoping to pot luck, if this rings bells I would be delighted to hear from you.
