thank you for looking up the census so quickly.. This was a surprise that two people replied to my post at the same time. I thank you both for this...I'm interested in the 1920 census. Joseph Roy would have been 56 in 1920. He had a son living in Skowhegan who changed his name from Balaam Roy to Bill King. Perhaps Joseph remained in Maine to stay near his son and the rest of the family thought he died... I'm hoping to find a death record for Joseph. The family lost contact with him in the late 1800's. Thank you for your help.
