I'm pretty sure it refers to Francisborough, which is now Cornish, in northern York County. Francis Small was the first owner of the territory & the town was originally named for him. I looked at the 1790 census & it seems to say "Framesborough", but MANY of the names are identical to early settlers of the town of Cornish. Hope this helps.
