Mary Virginia Rizer was born Oct 1877 in Allegany co, Maryland. She married John J. Parson. Interestingly the marriage is recorded in both Hampshire county and Mineral county, West Virginia. In 1900 the couple are in Westernport, Allegany co, Maryland. But I cannot seem to find them in later census. There was a daughter Catherine C. parson, born March 1897.
