Hi,

There was an photographer in Piedmont in the early 1870's by the name of J. T. Wilde. His studio was located in the 1st National Bank Building on Second St in Piedmont WV.

There was also a photographer by the name of Frank D. Beck who had a studio in Piedmont, on Ashfield St, in the 1890's.

Sorry I do not know if either dealt in tintype.
