June 1954 Carl Frank and Louise Katherine Peters (his wife) owned the property.
May 1965 Daniel A. and Theresa J. Peters (his wife) owned it.
Oct 1978 Carl F. and Theresa E. Peters (his sister) owned it.
the Peters sold the property in Oct 1978
