Classification: Query
Surnames: KERR / MOORE
I am looking for information on a James KERR Sr. born in Scotland. He moved the family to Ulster, Ireland then left between 1740 - 1750. He and his family reportedly settled near Baltimore, Maryland upon arrival.
It is said that he had a son James KERR Jr. who was reported to be born at sea during the crossing. James Jr. was a Revolutionary soldier and is said to have married a Mary MOORE.
He is said to have moved to Mercer county PA. and then to Westmoreland county, PA. in 1803.
I have just received this info and it is all that I know about this family.
There is a mention of eight childrens names attacked in this letter: James, Robert, Samuel, John, Joseph, Nancy, Mary Ann and William.
James KERR Sr. children or James KERR Jr.'s children I have not been able to decide.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your help and time in advance.
