I posted some BILLINGSLEY information on RootsWeb > Maryland > unknown county. Francis BILLINGSLEY died in 1695, & Susanna m2. 8 of tenth month {December?} 1699, Robert GOVER. It appears that Robert GOVER, Sr., died very soon after his 1699 marriage, and his eldest son Robert also died in 1700.

Robert GOVER m. 5 Dec. 1695, St. James, Elizabeth COTTEN / COTTON, & had dau. Rachel, b. 16 Apr. 1697.

Do a Google search for "Robert Gover" +Billingsley

That brings up a comprehensive history of the Billingsley family. This says that the Francis who died in 1695 was b. ca. 1653, MD, s/o Francis, b. ca. 1620, Co. Salop / Shropshire, England. The first Francis moved to Holland with his parents and then to Virginia and Maryland. Sorry, this does not identify wf. Susanna.
