My interest lies in Mary Ashcom Parran (b. 1756/1759, d. 1815) who married John Chesley (Jr). I have a conflict regarding her parents -- whether they are Young Parran and Elizabeth Smith or Alexander Parran and Ann Wilkinson. Mary is my 3×great grandmother according to family records.
