I am still working on it but here is the preliminary transcription of the sale to Luke Minor Fish in 1877

Be it remembered that on this twenty-third day of February on the year of our lord one-thousand eight-hundred and seventy-seven came Luke M. Fish of
Dorchester County in the State of Maryland and brought a Deed of bargain and sale (?with??) three endorsements thereon and prayed to have the same enrolled
among the records of Caroline County and on the same day and year aforesaid he cam Deed and endorsement was enrolled as follows to wit:
This Deed made this fourteenth day of February on the year eighteen hundred and seventy-seven by
Abraham Lord,
John E Nichols and Henrietta Nichols his wife, George H. Smith and Martha Smith his wife,
Leonard Pool and Eliza Ann Pool his wife of Caroline County in the State of Maryland,
Herbert Cannon and Martha Emily his wife of Sussex County in the State of Delaware,
William Collison and Bal?a?y his wife of New Castle county in the State of Delaware Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand
dollars the said Abraham Lord, John E Nichols and Henrietta Nichols his wife, George H. Smith and Martha Smith his wife, Leonard Pool and Eliza Ann Pool his
wife, Herbert Cannon and Martha Emily his wife, William Collison and Bal?a?y his wife do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto Luke M. Fish of Dorchester
County in the State of Maryland formerly of Blue Earth County in the State of Minn. all that tract part of a tract on parcel of land situate lying and bering in the fifth-Election District of Caroline County and ??hereon ?ehu Todd manor resides formerly occupied by Rachael Lord deceased adjoining the lands of Manlove Scott, Henry Molsay, John Birford, James Walsh,
??cholson Biralli called and known by the name of "Poplar Level" Improved" or by whatever name or names the same my be
called on known containing the quantity of One-Hundred and fifteen acres of land more or less ?? bering the same lands and premises which descended to us by
the death of our mother the late Rachael Lord formerly Rachael Smith late of Caroline County deceased and the said Abraham Lord, John E. Nichols and Henrietta Nichols his wife, George H Smith and Martha Smith his wife Leonard Pool and Eliza Ann Pool his wife, Herbert Cannon and
Martha Emily his wife, William Collison and Bal?a?y Collison his wife covenant that they will warrant generally the property hereby conveyed and that they will ende??le such further or other assurances that may be requisite.

act and deed Acknowledged before Wm. H. Watkins S. P. State of Delaware Sussex County ??
I herby certify that on this fifteenth day of February on the year eighteen hundred and seventy seven before me the arbiter a Notary Public of the said State
in and for the county aforesaid personally appeared Herbert Cannon and Martha Emily Cannon his wife and did acknowledge the aforegoing deed to be their
