Need Info on Nancy Williamson married George Price 22 Jun 1800

Surnames: Price Williamson Helsby
Trying to connect some dots with so many Williamson and Price names, going back to 1800 I saw that Nancy Williamson married George Price in 1800 in Caroline County and think this might be a piece to my puzzle. I show also a Nancy Price married John Helsby Jr in Talbot Co in 1817. I do not know if this is the same Nancy, but the name Helsby is also one I am researching.
