I would like to know more about the Samuel Piper who appears in the 1790 Federal Census in the South Milford Hundred. I believe he was the father of Sarah Piper Lutton who died in Washington Co., PA in about 1880. Also, I think Sarah might have had a brother Thomas Piper who also appears briefly living in Washington Co., PA in the 1820's. Was Samuel's wife named Letitia?
