I'm trying to locate an obit, new article, or any info for this person. She died in a plane crash near Accident (I know, creepy) in 1968. Mary was from South Sioux City, NE, so this is kind of an ephemeral event. Her husband, Dr. James H. Walston, survived the accident.

I want to order a death cert, but I need some better info first. If anyone can help or even point me to the right resource or index I would appreciate it.
