Surnames: Coleman, Apsley, Benton
I sent a copy of this to the person that put out a query.
The Benton's lived in Piney Neck along with the Apsley's - as Darius Benton married Mary E. Apsley -- daughter of John W. and Sarah Apsley, also Coleman, Grant, Crouch.
The Jane Frances Benton and William Coleman are my ancestors also. I can provide further information if you let me know what your still looking for if anything???
I have pics of him too. They are copies and not good- and a picture of his wife, but we couldn't determine whether it was the first wife or the 2nd.
