I'm searching for parents of Francis Burdette GREEN b:c1786 possibly in Montgomery Co., MD ... parents possibly soon moved to Augusta Co.,VA Linvils Creek and Branch Joe's Creek area. There's a good chance that his mother or g'mother was a BURDETTE?       GREEN families during that period lived near the TETER families, later traveling and intermarrying into this family in So. IL Randolph County IL and Monroe County IL     Francis Burdette GREEN b:c1786 d:25 May 1849 in IL (in 1850 after his death Mortality Schedule reported "was born in Montgomery Co., MD" ) m. Rebecca PARKER b. 1797 in Abbeville Co., SC, m.31 July 1819. Francis buried Old Salem Cem. Coulterville, IL, with tombstone reading "Sir Francis Burdette GREEN"  ('Have no idea why Sir is on his tombstone!)  He and Rebecca had 7 Children: Benjamin Parker GREEN b:9/10/1822 d.11 April 1890; Isabella GREEN b:30/8/1824 d:12/1/1912; Mary "Polly" Ann GREEN b:14/1/1826 d:1/19/1895;James W. GREEN b: 27/4/1829 d:27/4/1877; Robert GREEN b: abt 1830 d: abt 1863; Hugh Porter GREEN b 23/8/1833 d:4/5/1890; Margra Jane GREEN b:6/1/1835 d:18/9/1845.    Any information re Francis Burdette GREEN parents would be appreciated.
