Lora Norman Kotter, beloved wife and mother entered into eternal life on Wednesday, March 24, 1999 in Wheaton, Maryland.
She was born September 22, 1925 in Fairview, Utah. At age 21 she served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Saskatchewan, Canada. She and her husband were married in 1949 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Since 1956, she resided in Wheaton, Maryland where she truly made her house a home. She was devoted to her faith and to her family. We will miss her until we are with her again.
Mrs. Kotter leaves behind her devoted husband of 50 years, F. Ralph Kotter, and her five loving children, Loralee, Wade, Nola, Shauna, and Virginia. Other survivors include her son-in-laws, Lawrence Rees, Charles Wheatley, and Phillip Martin, 14 grandchildren, three brothers and their wives, Reeve and Doris Norman, Darrel and Liz Norman, and Val and Renae Norman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sharon Adriel and Alvera Oliver Norman, her brothers, Adriel Neal Norman and William Dee Norman, and her sister, Alvera Kaye Norman Bounds.
A service will be held at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Dr., 12 noon on Friday, April 2, 1999, where family and friends may gather from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be at the Wasatch Lawn
Memorial Park.
