I have been trying to find the parents of one William Calvert (see below) who was born in Montgomery County, Md in 1757. Can you tell me if he is any relation to the Lord Baltimore Calverts? We suspect that he may be the son of Benedict Swingate Calvert but have been unable to confirm that. Any concrete information would be appreciated.

Notes for NODDING CALVERT:
In 1843, a settlement was made on Wolff Branch, one of the tributaries of Big Creek, by Nodding Calvert and his brother. Nodding and Jane Calvert were original members of the Big Creek Baptist Church, organized 22 Jun 1844.

Nodding is said to have been born and married in East Tennessee, probably Washington County. They seem to have migrated to MO immediately after their marriage, settling in Carroll County, where they both died. They were Baptists and farmers.
