My 6th great-grandfather was John Pigman of Piscataway Creek, Maryland. He was the progenitor of most all the Pigmans in the U.S.

He owned the 137 acre Parndon Plantation which is at present day corner of Clinton Rd. and Steed Rd. adjacent to Washington Executive Airport.

This plantation was inherited by his son and it was in the family from about 1695 to 1762.
