Need Help researching 1749 marriage!

Surnames: Tharp, Horsely

My ancestors Thomas THARP and Hannah HORSELY supposedly were married 10 October 1749 in St. Luke Parish, Queen Anne's Co, Church Hill, Maryland.

How might I go about proving this marriage? Does anyone have access to documentation that might help?

Would appreciate any assistance.
