Surnames: Horsley, Seward
My ancestor James Horsley (husband of Mary Seward) is said to have made repairs on a church in Queen Anne's Co. in 1721. The source I have lists the book as "History of Queen Anne's County", but does not list author. I am assuming this is Frederick Emory's book?
Does anyone have access to this book? I need to clarify the name of the church where these repairs were made--either Christ Church, Kent Island, or St. Luke's in Church Hill. Any help would be greatly appreciated. --Joan
