Camberwell on Red Lion Branch

A tract of land known as Camberwell was located on Red Lion Branch. The property was near where "Horse Pen Creek" entered Red Lion Creek. I know that Red Lion Creek enters the Chester River just east of Crumption. However, it extends south as far as Dell Foxx Road. Is anyone able to assist me in identifying the current location of either the tract of land or Horse Pen Creek
