The QA CO Tombstoning book has this listing in the Providence MP Church cemetery:

"Son, William F. BLACKISTON, Jr. (stone underground)"

My uncle Marion Coleman takes care of the cemetery, but he is not sure who owns the property. :)

There are 8 other Blackiston listings in the book, mostly from Crumpton Cemetery. Email me and I'll look them up for you.
