Need info on BASIL PAYNE b)abt 1730
I have found a Basil Payne in Washington Co. KY abt 1788.
Also I found a Basil Payne as administrator of William Paynes will in Charles Co. MD., but have been unable to find further information.

I believe BASIL PAYNE to be the father
of JOHN PAYNE b)1769 St. Mary's Co. Md

Any information will be helpful.
