Looking for info and family of Joseph S. Herbert b:1815-1822, lived in Allens Fresh,Charles Co. MD

Wife was Eliza Herbert b 1820 -1831,

They had, John b:1842, Shil, b:1844, James H. b: 1846, Mary E. b:1848, Joseph W. b:1852 (my G-Great Grandfather), Eliza J. b:1855 and Mary A. b:1859.

Joseph S. Herbert was a master sailor. All of the Herbert men in my family were sailors, master ship builders, water men and oyster men. They lived in Md, Va and in Wash DC.

Looking for any family of these children that can help with who Joseph S. Herbert's parents were, and where they lived. I believe in St. Marys City &/or Co in Md. Also need info on who his wife's family was, and her maiden name.
