I am new to this site. I am looking for information on the family of Only OWENSborn on or about 13 Aug 1745 in Maryland. I have it that he served in the Wicomico Battalion in 1780. His children were Thomas OWENS, Nanch OWENS, Elizabeth OWENS, Lera OWENS, Lavinia OWENS, John OWENS, Belithia OWENS and Samuel OWENS. All or part of these families left Maryland about 1800. Went to North Carolina where Only died. Belitha and Samuel came to Tennessee about 1810. Any information would be helpful.
