I talked w/a DAR state forest ranger 01/2011 who said the camp was to be torn down if they couldn't find a buyer. 2 months later they did find someone. I haven't heard anything since but, there are 2 guys who play guitar music inside the home. Youtube camp Windigo & you'll find them on there. My church (Mormons)owned the camp in the 1970's. many good memories back then. I would like to know why the area was named Windigo. Based on the pictures I saw, the name protbora (old english word) was written in the basement & is representative of the word Windigo.
