I don't know if you have received my reply and since I have not gotten an email address for you thought that I would reply again.
I am the oldest, and, the only boy. There were two of us from Mary (Sherman) Bourdo and Daniel Henry Bourdo. I was born in 1940 and my sister (Wanda) was born in 1943.
Dad died of blood poisoning which entered into his blood stream from a cut on his hand. I was believed that his employer (GM Truck & Coach) was using some solvent in their cleaning vats that caused the poisoning. When Mom got an attorney the company quickly cleaned the vats and denied using the solvent. The death certificate did say Luekemia.
