Fall River, Bristol, Mass. I am searching for a brother of my GGrandfather. I cannot make out his name on the 1880 census. It looks like his name starts with an L but it is very unclear. He was born in 1878, probably April or later. His father was Israel Picard b. about 1852 in Canada(Fr) and his mother was Josephine Gangnon b. about 1857 in Canada (Fr). He has an older sister Josephine Picard b. about 1874. My GGrandfather, his brother, was born in June 1877. I found this record in the 1880 census for Fall River , Ma on Page 36a Sup Dist 60 Enum 95.
