Barbara;

Thomas Brown in the 1910 US Census lives at 1051 Washington St. Boston, MA. He is a widower and is a joiner in a carpentry shop.

I checked the 1910-1911 Boston City Directories and I don't seem to locate him there.

MA BMD are online to 1915 and your Thomas does not appear to be listed. 1916 - 1920 are online, but not indexed on www.familysearch.org

Way too many Thomas' in the newspaper between 1910 and 1922 to even make a determination.

My recommendation would be the MA Archives to check the index for him for 1916 to 1922. If he died in 1921-22 his record would be located at the MA Registry of Vital Records in Boston.

Once you have his date of death it should be easy to get his obit.

I realize you are in WI and probably can't go to the MA Archives or MA RVR.

Sincerely,

Robert
