That is a mystery to where they went. I know Douglas and Susan Otto.Douglas was my Uncle. They had a daughter Dorothy Otto on one of the census but not in 1940.Since Douglas was in jail and Susan was a lodger without Dorothy. She isnt with anyone else. Unless she is with Frank,Emily,Robert, or Phillip. I will contiune to look. Thanks for your help.
