Thank you. I don't know his parents' biological names as I stated in my OP. He was living with my (adopted) grandparents by the 1940 census so that's how I know it had to happen before then.
I have no idea this alleged train accident happened but was trying to see if there was a death notice published for someone in the Milford MA area during that time. Just a long shot. Thanks for trying.
