What info do you have on the Paradise family prior to 1800? So far this is what I have: William Paradise was born 1750-1760. He was the son of John Paradise who died in Accomack Co.,, VA 1767, there was slso a William that died about the same time. My William married Leah Welborn and aquired land in 1777, Accomack Co., VA. In 1787 William then resided in NC and deeded land in VA to brother-in-law Daniel Welborn. 1790 NC census lists several children not named in Williams 1832/3 will (TN). Some time after 1790 (before 1806) William and several of the family moved to Davidson Co., TN. William had brothers JOhn and Parker. Parkers 1817 will listed a nephew John Paradise, who I believe to be the Rev. John Paradise who married Elizabeth Smoot 1810 Washington DC. Do you have any info that fits into this? Thanks, Deb.
