Hello!

I am looking for any information on the Gierke and Coleman Families in Caldonia, Alcona Michigan. I am the great grand daughter of Manion J. Gierke son of Ada Loomis and William Gierke. He married Carolyn Coleman who promptly died of appendicitis. He then married Alma. At some point they went to Ypsilanti where she gave birth to a son Manion Jr in March of 1932. After that....she disappears. The story is that she walked out my my grandpa and great grandpa. Her death records place her in Salinas California in July of 85. Anything anyone may have would be great! Thanks!
