Surnames: Rizer/ Riser/Reiser
I am looking for information on the Rizer family in Berrien County. John Rizer married a woman named Elizabeth Waldfogel. They had a girl named Emma Jane Rizer. John Rizer died before 1872. He may have been born in either Michigan or Germany. He also had a brother I think it was George, but I aint sure.
