Dyer, Hoskin Orphans
Thomas Dyer was born in Vermont or Connecticut on April 17, 1785. According to a Biography of his son Edward born July 9, 1814 Vermont whose son Francis ended up in Three Oaks, Berrien County, Michigan, he was married in Windsor, Hartford County Connecticut on September 27, 1807 to Chloe Hoskins, daughter of Eli Hoskins. Thomas moved the family from Vermont to Genesee County, New York in 1815 and died four years later.
When Thomas died, Chloe remarried and farmed he children out all over. Our descendent Edward Dyer ended up in Kankakee County, Illinois and died there in 1898 Shurburnville. I would like to find Thomas’s siblings and ancestors. Also would like to find the marriage of Chloe Dyer who married one year after Thomas died.
