Surnames: Miller, Trimmer, Mapes, Southworth, Devall, Woods, Huddleston
I'm trying to find any additional information on a Willard N. Miller of Battle Creek, primarily when and where he died. Willard was born in Assyria, Michigan in September 1968...son of Benjamin Trimmer (1835-1896) and Sarah Frances Trimmer (1843-1921). He was married at least three times. His first wife was Edna Sarah Mapes (1867-1899), then he married Maude M. Southworth of England (1877-1904) and later Pearl P. Devall (1889-1960). He lived most of his life in Maple Grove in Barry County and Battle Creek in Calhoun County. His parents and first wife, Edna, are buried at Wilcox Cemetery in Nashville, Michigan. There is also a Willard Miller interred at that cemetery, but it is Willard HENRY Miller (1873-1930)...son of Henry W. Miller and Mary A. Woods. He primarily lived in Lansing. I did not see Willard N. Miller on the 1920 or 1930 U.S. Census records, so it's possible that he could have died between 1910 and 1920. I don't expect it was anything related to World War I. Pearl Devall was remarried to Lester R. Huddleston by 1920. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :0)
