Am looking for Joy relatives that lived in Porter Twnship, Cass Cnty, MI, and Union, Cass Cnty, MI.
My Great Great Grandfather Franklin Lucien Joy was born April 11, 1847, and we think his father was Elution & Harriett Parker Joy. He is on the 1850 census living with the Hile & Anna Seeley Parker family. It is possible after Elution died in 1850, that Harriett married a Dr. Ferry.

So, anyone that can help shed some light on this, we the family will be forever grateful.

We think this branch of the Joy family goes back to Thomas Joy, born around 1611 in England.
