I'm looking to see if anyone would be willing to look up an obit for me. My great grandma was given up for adoption in 1904 and her dad and brother left for the Lansing area. I have tracked down relatives of her biological father who gave me some pictures and his obit which lists a surviving daughter Ruth Steadman that nobody in the family was aware of. I have gotten information from numerous phone calls that Ruth is still alive in the Lansing area, in a nursing home. I'm trying desperately to find her to no avail. So....now I'm trying to find her husband. Lester Steadman is in the SSDI born 1/6/1915, died 3/14/1987 Delta, Eaton Co - he is the only logical match listed that I can guess is a spouse. If anyone could look up his obit I would greatly appreciate it. If it lists a surviving spouse named Ruth then it's the right one and I'm looking for any children of her's. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
