Out of curiosity, I find Philesta L. Barnes in the 1930 US Federal Census living in Ohio > Ashtabula > Ashtabula > District 4. She is age 46, b. PA Her husband is Alfred E., age 43, b. Ohio. There are no children listed. In 1920 he is Emery A., age 39 b. Ohio (possibly same man?).

I find that the best way to locate photographs of ancestors is to find a living cousin, and that takes a little effort. You might start at www.usgenweb.org, select "Ohio" and then the county and begin your research there. Also, check the white pages of an online phone book, for example, dogpile.com and look up "Eaton" or "Barnes" names in Ashtabula, Ohio.
