Hi I am looking for the dad of Peter Bellmer born abt 1815 New York or Canada. He moved to Emmett County with his wife Sarah. There is a lot of info on the family while in Michigan. Does anyone know where the family came from? Are they French Canadians or Germans or Swiss or what. Bellmer is such a versatile name that there are so many possiblities to consider.
