Such a long shot! So many Anna Burns in Ohio! I, MaryMerritt
Lindsay started searching for my Irish grandmother's lineage
on March 17, 2011 (very new new) She was Elsie May Blakely-Merritt born March 12, 1873 in Cincinnati, Ohio and her mother's name was Anna and I knew her siblings (brothers never married) Also knew there was an Uncle Ambrose Burns someplace in the picture. Didn't know if it was Anna's brother or maybe her Uncle. I knew grandmother said her parents family was from Ireland...Meath County, outside Dublin. I did find census and know from the children it is correct. Anna Burns married William Franklin (Willie)Blakely
in 1881 in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Kechi, Kansas in 1886 and then to Wichita by 1905 and they passed away..He in 1906 and she in 1907. I stop there and have hit a brick wall. Still searching and learning how. Blessings! MaryMerritLindsay. Welcome to my "Tree" but really inspect finding!!!! MaryMary
