If she was adopted in Iron County, you could try writing the Iron County Courthouse. Some adoption records may be sealed, but I doubt if you'll have this problem. You may have to prove you're her great grand-daughter. I see Oscar Salmi died in 1938 and Hulda in 1914, shortly after the 1910 Census. They are buried in Evergreen Cemetery 4P13. If it was a legal adoption by the Leppanens, it should be filed in the county in which it occured.
