I am researching information on John Henry Pikkarainen who was born in Finland (prob. Oulu)on 29 Sept 1858. His father's name was Lauri and his mother's name was Elizabeth Paatalo according to his death certificate. He immigrated to the United States and lived in Chisholm, MN until his death. He married Lena Puskala who was born in Finland in 1870 and died in Chisholm, MN 22 Oct 1910. I believe Lena's father's name was Jacob - according to her death certificate - but I don't have any name for her mother. Family stories mention that Lena lived for a while with her brother (no name) in New York. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
