Mr. Glenn S. BURNETT, 312 West Eliza St., Schoolcraft, Mich. passed away Saturday afternoon. He was born Dec. 18, 1873 in Colon, Mich., the son of Granville and Lina BURNETT. Mr. BURNETT has been a resident of this community for the past 80 years and was a retired clerk in the post office. He was a member of the Schoolcraft Methodist Church, Schoolcraft Masonic Lodge 118, United Spanish War Veterans, Richard Westnedge Post. No. 16, Co. “C” Last Man’s Club. Mr. BURNETT is survived by his wife Martha, one daughter, Mrs. Thomas E. POLLARD of Jackson, one son, Mr. H. G. BURNETT of Kalamazoo. Seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Three sisters Mrs. Ethel SOLOMON of Richland, Mrs. Nellie SHERWOOD, Mrs. Alta SHULER, both of Fresno, Calif., several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Truesdale Chapel where services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. the Rev. Thomas E. Pollard, U.S.V.W. Richard Westnedge Post No. 16 officiating. Interment at the Mountain Home Cemetery.
