Mr. Louis J. STAFINSKI - 307 W. HIghway, Vicksburg, age 68, passed away early Saturday morning at his home. Mr. STAFINSKI was born August 16, 1908 in Vicksburg, son of John and Katherine GRUBKA STAFINSKI and had been a lifelong resident of Vicksburg. He had been employed at the Simpson-Lee Paper Company as a beater room operator and retired in 1972. He was a member of the St. Martin Catholic Church. Surviving are: five brothers, Joseph of Portage, Frank, Carl and John of Vicksburg, Edward of Flushing, Mich.; three sisters, Mrs. Gerald (Rose) GORDNIER of Vicksburg, Mrs. John (Harriet) PULTORAK of Ceresco, Mich. and Mrs. Robert (Violet) SMITH of Kalamazoo; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at the Rupert-Durham Funeral Home after 2 o'clock Sunday, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 Sunday and Monday evenings, and where the rosary will be recited Monday evening at 8. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Martin Church, Tuesday at 10 a.m., Father Benjamin Ginther officiating. Interment, Vicksburg Cemetery.
