I am still wondering if there were any organized churches in or around Pinora 1870-98 and if so what were the names of the churches and does anyone know where the records of those early churches may be? My ancestors were Juliett Ervin married to Elisha Dunning. Juliett died in 1870 at Pinora and Elisha is said to have lived in Pinora in 1880 and dying in 1897, unknown where he died. Thanks for any church names/info you can share.
