I am trying to find out a little more about Douglas S. Metcalf and his family.
I have dob: 3 Feb. 1924; dod 7 Mar. 1974.
Also think he was a Sgt. in the US Army; WW II.
His parents were Archibald (Archie) and Helen Margaret (Swan) Metcalf.
I am fairly sure his father preceded him in death (1965) but not sure when his mother died.
He had a baby sister that only lived one day and 2 other sisters, Margaret V. and Janet L.
Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated.
