William and wife Mary adopted a son named John E Andrews said to be born in Attica December 9, 1866. Wm and Mary resided in the Attica and Goodland area of Lapeer County for many years. Desc. of John moved to the Detroit area. John's grandson is desperately looking for info, any info, on Wm, Mary and John and the adoption. He once had the help of Jim Jessop and Kurt McCrary (which was helpful) but is still looking for leads. I have a good amount of the research he has done but I am not the one working on this. I'm only passing the info on to Mr. Andrews.
