Does anyone have access to any church histories in Lenawee Co.? I have a gggrandmother's marriage record, that says John R. SAVAGE, minister of the gospel This wedding was in Clayton, on March 1862. I would like to know what denomination he was affiliated with, and possibly find more family records.
Thanks to anyone with info about Rev. SAVAGE,(Eliza D. Savage is a witness, as is Pery Rowley) or any resources on Church HIstory in Lenawee Co. from 1860 on. This wedding was between Adin Kingsbury and Almira (Tillapaugh)Brown.
