Had Cora Alma Locke, 2/23/1875, Lula Maude Locke, 11/26/1876, Amy Violet Locke, 4/20/1879, Frank Garfield Locke, 8/30/1881. Tryphena died in Black River, MI., 11/23/1881. William married Sarah Gordon in McMillan, MI. He was a postmaster from 1889-1895. He was director of the Upper Peninsula Development Bureau & founded a county park (Locke Park) in 1927.
